Our home overlooks the Knysna Lagoon and is within walking distance to banks, shops, restaurants and the Knysna Waterfront.
From the original yellowwood floors, to the character of each individual room, the Victorian theme is carried throughout our charming B&B. Our accommodation consists of thirteen en-suite rooms that are lovingly furnished and are equipped with a TV, fan, heater and tea / coffee making facilities. A full English breakfast is served daily from 07h30. This can be served in either our dining room or from the deck and will be lovingly prepared by either Lizzie or Annaline.
On a warm summer day, sit and enjoy your breakfast on our deck that has panoramic views of the Knysna Lagoon and at the end of your busy day enjoying all that our beautiful area has to offer, watch amazing sunsets, as you prepare yourself for a night at one of the many restaurants in Knysna.
Our private braai and barbeque area is for the exclusive use of our guests. Braai packs can be pre-organised with Brenda who will go out of her way to make sure that your stay at Knysna Manor House is unforgettable.
Anthony will advise you on the various tourist attractions on the Garden Route, and will enthral you with his ever-growing knowledge of the history of the Knysna. For a nominal fee, a shuttle service is available from George airport, and we are also available to show you the sights of our beautiful area.
Knysna has three world-class golf courses Speak to Anthony, and he can make the arrangements for you.

Excellent value for money. Definitely worth a stay. It is central, with excellent views. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable. The owners are friendly and offer a warm welcome. I would definitley return to the Knysna Manor House on a return visit to the area.

What wonderful hospitality always with a smile. I never received such excellent service before, Thank you to the hosts Brenda & Anthony for going the extra Mile and a half!
The establishment is close to town which makes exploring the town quick by foot.

What a wonderful experience and great hospitality, I have stayed at many Guest Houses, Boutique and 5 Star Hotels all over the world, never received such excellent service and always with a smile, it is a case of the hosts jumping and then asking how high afterwards! Thank you to the hosts Brenda & Anthony!
The proximity of the establishment to town also makes exploring the town quick and easy, as you would take longer to park a car than what it takes to walk the 250 meters to the town.

Accomodation was very spacious and fitted out to a high standard. Service was excellent and the welcome was very friendly and helpful from both Brenda and Anthony. We felt very relaxed during our stay and enjoyed the visit immensly.

We enjoyed our stay very much & our friendly hosts made us feel at home. The breakfasts on the balcony were great; especially with the view of the lagoon. The guesthouse is in walking distance of the waterfront & town. Very much recommended!
