Sunset Beach is a resort situated in Chidenguele, 70 Kms north of Xai-Xai, in EN1, Mozambique. Sunset Beach can offer visitors two types of accommodation:
1) Self Catering chalets which contain two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom and kitchen. These chalets can comfortably accommodate 6 persons.
2) Fishermans cottages (circular in design), which accommodate 3 persons and consist of one bedroom and a bathroom.
There is also one Restaurante/Bar/Esplanada and a lovely beach for you to enjoy.

We had a wonderful time in Chidenguele.
Lovely people, adorable kids in the village and excellent service at the resort.
For a european tourist Mozambique is really interesting and sometimes a bit strange but staying at a place like that helps a lot.
I'd recommend it to anyone and we'll definitely return this year.

This was definitely the best New Year holiday I have ever had. The service at Sunset Beach Holiday Resort was excellent. The beaches were spectacular and food out of this world. I’ve been to Mozambique a few times but I’ve never enjoyed it as much. 5 stars to you Olga and Tino. Expect us same time next year. Etienne Pretorius
